DANSR adds Denis Wick Specialist

August, 2006, Chicago IL – DANSR, inc. announced the hiring of Dan Fisher for the position of brand manager for Denis Wick products. Dan will be involved with all aspects of the Denis Wick product line including sales, marketing and artist relations.

An Eastern Illinois University graduate with a BS degree in music education and BA in performance, Dan has been playing trumpet for 45 years. Dan comes to DANSR from Sam Ash in Naperville, IL. He has a decade of experience in music retail and distribution.

"We were particularly interested in Dan's expertise in wind ensemble and brass band repertoire plus his background in retail," commented DANSR president Michael Skinner. "His well rounded background as an accomplished player and business man will put us in a great position to meet our projections with our new line."

Dan is Past President of Phi Mu Alpha and a member of the International Trumpet Guild. He is still an active freelance musician and a member of the DuPage Symphony Orchestra.
