Brass Solos With Band Accompaniment

At BAS Publishing, we have worked to increase the standard repertoire of solos with band accompaniment. This allows outstanding soloists to be featured at either the high school or college level.

Concerti, such as the David - Concertino for Trombone and Orchestra, have worked well for us. Since we transcribed it for Trombone and Band in 2000, we have been amazed at the number of these that we have sold. We've had directors and soloists thank us for doing this piece and other pieces in our catalog. As one soloist told us: "It's about time someone did a good arrangement of the David …. thank you."
