This years clinic will feature Sterling Heights High School. Scott, band director Jeremy Duby and other educators will provide insight and working solutions to the many aspects of drill & show design, performing and managing a marching season.

Scott Kurtzweil has been involved in the performing and marching arts for more than fifteen years. During this time, he has participated as a performer, educator, designer, clinician and adjudicator. The expertise he has gained from his involvement at every level of the marching activity has placed Scott among the leaders in the color guard and drill design industries. Also a professional musician, arranger, former band director and current college clarinet professor, Scott understands not only what excites the eye but also how the visual aspects of a show can fully interpret the music score both in phrasing and texture.
