With the Resona 200, Burkart is now meeting the needs of advancing players to have an affordable instrument option without sacrificing tonal quality, build, and long-term performance.
To achieve this, Burkart shared several of its top-tier flute features with the Resona 200. Chief amongst these assets is the acclaimed Burkart Scale which eliminates many of the flaws and compromises found in the 20th-century flute. Evenness and stability of pitch are its hallmarks. The scale gives the advancing musician the sound and presence of a professional.
Adding to the tonal performance is the use of Burkart's USA-made, sterling silver headjoint. Each headjoint is hand-cut by Burkart’s world-class craftsmen, providing the Resona 200 with clearer tone and better response than other flutes in its class.
Performance and stability aspects of the Resona 200 flute are strengthened by using Straubinger pads. The player’s technical ability will benefit from the Resona 200’s light, quick action and the smooth feel of gold springs.
