1. August 1, 2008 Exhibition Announcement, Registration Opens ($100.00).
2. September 1, 2008 – Monthly Editorial Calendar Articles/videos begin posting on banddirector.com Exhibition page.
3. December (LIVE webcast with guest band by Col. Hal Gibson, Masterclass and concert) To be announced.
4. February 1, 2008 – March 21, 2009 Video Recordings can be submitted at anytime in between
5. February 28, 2009 Regular Registration Closes
6. March 1, 2009 Late Registration Opens ($150.00)

* Deadline to submit Video Recording
* All Music information; Title, Composer, Arranger and Difficulty level submitted
* Conductor’s score(s) must be submitted. These will be returned

8. April 1, 2009 Adjudicator Evaluation Begins
9. May 1, 2009 Concert Band Exhibition Concludes
10. May 15, 2009 Ratings announced, awards presented, performance videos presented on banddirector.com website
