I've really enjoyed reading through all the posts here so far and really enjoy the site. I will definately be spending a lot of time here. I am fresh out of college and there is a job coming open that I REALLY want. It is a retirement. I went down to meet the people there and they said they want someone young, thank god..lol. The program is in a slump which I think is due to the HS director being a little burned out which is what the position is for. They want to work on making the program into something to be proud of. It is a pretty out in the country school in southern NY. Anyways, what are some good quesitons to ask at the interview that would relaly make them say, wow, he knows his stuff. I have a pretty good list now but want to see what some people who have been there for a while say. Thanks again!!
