Hey. I see that nobody has posted anything in this section, so I thought I would share some information that I have and also ask a question.

First of all, I just want to say that my high school finally bought some new band uniforms and they are actually cool! We are finally going to look good when we go out and march!! Sorry, just a little excited about my new uniform . We got these new uniforms from a company in Dallas called The Bandmans Company, and they look amazing! I must say that I am a huge fan of this company, and they sell anything you might need for your band. Their website is The Bandmans Company

Now that I have added to the board, I would like to ask a question regarding rifles.

In your opinion, do you like the Elite Rifle or the Mark I Rifle better? I like how the Elite rifle is lighter, but I seem to break those rifles a lot. The Mark I is heavier but made of like plastic and supposedly more durable. Which do you think I should go with?? Thanks for the input!

As a former student advisor for a guard group. We always want with the Elite Rifle, the girls had a great time using them.

Hello,
We started a middle school marching band 3 years ago. We number approximately 65 members. Next year our school will be 3 times the size it is now and we expect the marching band to grow as well. In our first year, we marched in the black pants and white shirts. During the following summer, our high school purchased new uniforms and gave us the old olds (which were about 20-30 years old). Most of them were tattered and worn, but we were able to use about 50 jackets. The students wore their own black pants, and the color guard wore total black. With the growth we are expecting, I'm afraid we will have to go back to the black and white uniform.
We perform alot in the community and have many fundraisers. Our music boosters organization is trying to apply for grants also. Does anyone have any ideas of what we can do in the mean time, while we are raising money for new uniforms? I don't believe we can get anymore time out of these old uniforms. Thank you in advance for your input and advice!

What size rifle would you suggest for beginners as well as saber? This will be our first year implementing these weapons into our halftime show. Just trying to get some direction on where to start with kids who have never done weapons.
