I am strting up a community marching band right now we have nothing and i really dont now how to run some thing like this if any one can help me on ideas i will like that this band has been my dream seans i grad from high school

As the poster above said, where do you need the help? There is so much to running a community group but if done correctly it can almost run itself. I am a board member on a local community orchestra so I do have some good experience with this sort of thing.
