How do you guys handle your BDO's (band drop outs)? I don't have big problems with retention but every year i have a couple bdo's that just really don't have any reason to quit other then they are being lazy. What really ticks me off is when a bdo will want me to chase them. When i first started teaching i tryied to change minds, now i'm like, see ya buddy, good luck BDO!!!!
