Vince was a musician in the West Point Band and for ten years was an arranger for the West Point "Jazz Knights." For ten years he was music arranger and conductor of the annual Thanksgiving Parade in Philadelphia, PA, for WPVI-TV (ABC-Disney). He has studied composition with Arnold Franchetti (Hartt School of Music), Bernard Wagenaar (Julliard School of Music) and with Jimmy Giuffre in New York City. Recently, he conducted the Kunming Symphony Orchestra in Kunming, China, for the International Festival of the Arts.
